DAILY AND SEASONAL RATES CAN BE DISCUSSED.
To reserve, please send a deposit of one half of your total rental
for each week that you are renting. Your rental is
not secured until the deposit is received. Please contact me
with any questions or concerns on this matter. This deposit is
NON-REFUNDABLE, UNLESS THE COTTAGE CAN BE RE-RENTED.
Checks are made out to Marianne A. Murphy.
Your week begins on Saturday afternoon at 3:00 P.M.
and ends the following Saturday morning at 9:00 A.M.
A refundable $250 security deposit is required for EACH week
you are renting. Please issue on a separate check.
